Enid Frances Foy was born in Hong Kong August 6, 1942 and educated at the Wellington Diocesan School for Girls, New Zealand and the University of Canterbury N.Z. (B.A.). She married January 14, 1967, Timothy Foot Stuttaford F.C.A., who runs his own firm dealing with insulation. They have two children; Simon Paton (1969) born London and now at The King's School, Canterbury, Kent and Penelope Frances, born in Redhill (1971) and now in Woldingham School, Surrey.
