Born on 28th July, 1919, who married Eric Norman Brown on 28th March, 1942, and their children are Edric Brian (born February 13, 1944) and Alan (born (July 15, 1946). Her husband, eras then a Surgeon Lieutenant (E.C.O.) R.N.V.R.

Cicely was severely injured when a bomb hit her club in Harrington Gardens during the 1939-45 war. Fortunately her sister, uninjured, was there too.
